Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we've received your item. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times can vary).

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us through our website.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please reach out to us.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.

If your return is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax.
Orders shipped outside Florida are exempt from this tax.
