CUSTOMER CARE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

All pieces are made from sterling silver or 14kt gold filled (which is a base metal of silver and covered in a layer of gold- does not come off)

We advise against the use of: perfumes,, hairsprays, and any lotions in direct contact with your jewelry.
Sterling silver will tarnish after some time and will need to be polished with a soft polish cloth or liquid silver cleaner.

ORDER CANCELATION

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email or call us immediately with your requests.

REPAIRS

In the event that your jewelry breaks, we will be happy to fix your piece, if this occurs within the first 30 days after receiving your order. Shipping charges to us will be on you.
After the 30 day period, we would be happy to repair your jewelry, but a fee may apply. This fee is based per item. We will contact you once the jewelry has arrived in our office with the estimated total repair cost for approval.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped within the state of Florida incur a mandatory 7% sales tax. All orders, exclusive of the state of Florida, are exempt from this sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and taxes required by each country varies from place to place so please check with local customs department for more information about importing charges and details. You will be responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.
